hi guys again appologies for not keeping up to date with the info on this blog.
well 2011 has been a good year yet again the poker has gone welll with me and flynny reaching the national finals (redtooth) at nottingham in march,
biggest news for the year is we are having a big refurb in april.yes its been over 5 years since the last one *how time flies*
here we go for our seventh year .... thank you to all who have supported us in that time.and here's to the next seven.

whats news at the shoes

we have just launched our new ala carte menus and they are very popular with our customers especially the belly pork. remember to book just to be assured to get a table.
mondays is lads darts nite
tuesday is redtooth poker nite.we have just finished our first season which we accumulated an amazing 38 members.couldnt believe it . great thank you all who joined.great to see so many female players doing well .seconseason is just underway . remember you can join at any point throughout the season. just turn up at the shoes at 7.30pm tuesday nights and see me or ian.
wednesday is quiz nite from 9pm.
saturday is karaoke from 9pm .we are starting our new competition shortly with a grand prize of £200 for the winner !!! details to follow.
we are also going to get our facebook page sorted to keep up with everyone.

the bird has flown

sorry to let you know but i have left the bird in hand trimdon. had a great 2 years there but its time to come home to the "shoes"
thankyou to everyone who supported me there.
but i am no longer associated with it.
we have some great ideas for the coming years at the "shoes"
most of which i will post on here.
